FALL WEDDING AT THE STANWICH CLUB IN GREENWICH, CT | CLAIRE & ELIOT
This beautiful fall wedding is giving me Jackie-O vibes. I mean how GORGEOUS is this bride? When I first met Claire, she came to me with a vision PERFECT for her wedding! She wanted a neutral color palette of ivory, cream, and green that was luxurious and stylish, yet simplistic and timeless. She was a bride on a mission! Claire and her mom sourced blue vases from afar, matching every detail down to the crisp white table linens. Clearly, the pressure was on for me to hold up my end of the bargain but everything turned out dreeeaaammmmyy! The dining room of the club was filled with candles and greenery to bring in the feeling of an intimate dinner party among family and friends—but I promise you, that's not where it ends . . . This wedding stood the test of time just like Jackie-O's fashion. Claire had two different getting ready outfits and they were the best! After dinner, Claire slipped into this adorable little number from Watters Designs and Larroude. I just loved her inspiration! Claire went all out and committed to using different style dresses for her bridal party's ensemble. Her bridesmaids pulled off the most stunning mismatched dresses that took me back in time to the 70's! She incorporated rattan and greenery throughout and opted for lush ferns, big blooms in delicate china glass and strawberry pots. This surely was a treat of a wedding day that I would design in a heartbeat OVER and OVER again! But none of this would be possible without Kait Peña from Kait Peña Photography who was an absolute joy to work with! Not only did she take gorgeous photographs but she developed some of the footage through The Film Lab which gave this wedding gallery a little extra something! Hone into this gorgeous gallery!
